At The Ruby Reliquary, we understand that finding the perfect gown is only one part of preparing for a truly memorable occasion. In the spirit of hospitality, we may share recommendations for independent professionals whose services could assist our customers in preparing for their special day.
These recommendations are offered solely as a courtesy. We believe every bride deserves the freedom to select the professionals who best suit her individual needs, preferences, and budget.
To ensure transparency and a clear understanding of our role, we kindly ask customers to review the following disclosures before engaging the services of any recommended vendor.
INDEPENDENT THIRD-PARTY VENDORS
- The Ruby Reliquary & Procurement Company LLC, doing business as The Ruby Reliquary, may provide recommendations or contact information for independent wedding professionals and service providers.
- These professionals may include bridal seamstresses, alteration specialists, professional garment cleaners, restoration specialists, photographers, florists, preservation specialists, and other wedding-related businesses.
- All recommended vendors operate independently of The Ruby Reliquary unless a different business relationship is expressly disclosed.
- Recommended vendors are not employees, agents, representatives, or business partners of The Ruby Reliquary merely because their information is provided to a customer.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not supervise, manage, direct, or control the daily operations, professional practices, or services of independent vendors.
RECOMMENDATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEES
- Vendor recommendations are provided for informational purposes and as a customer courtesy.
- The inclusion of a vendor on our website, in printed materials, or in personal communications does not constitute a certification, warranty, or guarantee of that vendor's services.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not guarantee any independent vendor's qualifications, licensing, insurance, experience, availability, pricing, professionalism, reliability, workmanship, or results.
- Past customer experiences, professional reputations, photographs, portfolios, or other information provided by a vendor do not guarantee future performance.
- Customers should independently verify all information they consider important before selecting a service provider.
CUSTOMER CHOICE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Customers are under no obligation to use any vendor recommended by The Ruby Reliquary.
- Customers are welcome to select any professional or service provider of their choosing.
- Each customer is responsible for researching, evaluating, and selecting vendors appropriate for their individual needs.
- Before engaging a vendor, customers are encouraged to review qualifications, references, customer reviews, portfolios, pricing, scheduling availability, cancellation policies, insurance coverage, and written service agreements.
- Customers should communicate their expectations, deadlines, budgets, and special requirements directly to their selected vendors.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not independently verify every representation, credential, advertisement, or statement made by a recommended vendor.
BRIDAL ALTERATIONS & GARMENT FIT
- Bridal alterations are specialized services that may involve risks, particularly when performed on vintage, pre-loved, delicate, embellished, previously altered, or discontinued gowns.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not guarantee that any gown can be successfully resized, shortened, lengthened, reconstructed, repaired, or otherwise altered.
- The feasibility, cost, and outcome of alterations must be evaluated by the customer's selected alteration professional.
- Customers are responsible for discussing desired alterations, garment construction, fabric limitations, completion dates, and anticipated costs directly with their chosen professional.
- The Ruby Reliquary is not responsible for an independent vendor's inability to perform requested alterations or achieve a particular fit or appearance, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
- Any estimates or general suggestions regarding potential alterations are informational only and do not constitute a professional tailoring assessment or guarantee.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING, RESTORATION & PRESERVATION
- Unless expressly stated in an individual product listing, gowns sold by The Ruby Reliquary have not been professionally cleaned, disinfected, sanitized, restored, or preserved.
- Customers are responsible for determining whether professional cleaning, restoration, or preservation is appropriate for their purchased merchandise.
- Vintage, pre-loved, delicate, embellished, and previously altered garments may react unpredictably to cleaning solutions, heat, moisture, handling, or restoration techniques.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not guarantee that stains, discoloration, odors, wrinkles, fabric deterioration, or other imperfections can be successfully corrected.
- Customers should consult directly with a qualified garment-care professional regarding potential risks, treatment methods, expected results, and costs.
- The Ruby Reliquary is not responsible for damage, discoloration, shrinkage, missing embellishments, fabric deterioration, unsuccessful stain removal, or other outcomes resulting from services performed by an independent provider, except as required by applicable law.
- Independent cleaning, restoration, preservation, or alteration services do not create additional return, exchange, or refund rights against The Ruby Reliquary, except where required by law.
PHOTOGRAPHY & OTHER WEDDING SERVICES
- Photographers, florists, and other wedding professionals establish their own service packages, prices, scheduling requirements, deliverables, and contractual terms.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not guarantee the availability, quality, artistic style, completion timeline, or final results of services provided by independent wedding professionals.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing portfolios, discussing expectations, confirming deliverables, and entering into agreements directly with their selected vendors.
- Any disputes concerning photographs, products, services, missed deadlines, cancellations, or contractual obligations must be addressed with the applicable service provider, subject to the customer's legal rights.
PRICING, PAYMENTS & SERVICE AGREEMENTS
- Independent vendors establish and control their own pricing, deposits, payment schedules, service fees, cancellation policies, and refund terms.
- Prices or service information shared by The Ruby Reliquary are subject to confirmation directly with the vendor and may change without notice.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for independent vendor services are made directly to the vendor.
- The Ruby Reliquary is not responsible for deposits, payments, refunds, credits, additional charges, or financial disputes involving independent vendors.
- Any contract or service agreement is between the customer and the independent vendor unless The Ruby Reliquary expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
- Customers should obtain written confirmation of pricing, services, timelines, and cancellation terms before making payments.
REFERRAL FEES, BENEFITS & BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
- Some vendor recommendations may be based on professional familiarity, customer feedback, publicly available information, or previous business interactions.
- If The Ruby Reliquary receives a commission, referral fee, complimentary service, discount, or other material benefit in connection with a particular recommendation, that relationship will be disclosed when required by applicable law.
- Any special offers, discounts, or promotional arrangements provided by independent vendors are subject to the vendor's own terms and conditions.
- A referral relationship does not require customers to purchase services from a recommended vendor.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not guarantee that a vendor will continue offering any previously advertised discount, promotion, package, or service.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY & VENDOR DISPUTES
- Independent vendors are responsible for their own professional conduct, representations, contractual obligations, services, and workmanship.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Ruby Reliquary is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, negligence, delays, errors, property damage, service failures, or contractual disputes of third-party vendors.
- The Ruby Reliquary does not undertake responsibility for supervising independent vendors or resolving disputes between customers and those providers.
- Customers should direct concerns, complaints, service disputes, and requests for remedies to the vendor responsible for the services.
- Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability, consumer protection, or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
RELATIONSHIP TO MERCHANDISE PURCHASES & STORE POLICIES
- The purchase of merchandise from The Ruby Reliquary is separate from any agreement a customer may enter into with an independent service provider.
- A recommendation does not constitute a promise that a purchased gown or other item will be suitable for a particular alteration, cleaning method, restoration process, photography session, or other service.
- Customers remain responsible for reviewing merchandise descriptions, condition disclosures, photographs, measurements, and applicable purchase policies before completing a transaction.
- The use of an independent vendor does not change The Ruby Reliquary's Terms & Conditions or Exchange, Refund & Return Policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
CHANGES TO VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS & POLICY UPDATES
- The Ruby Reliquary may add, remove, or update vendor recommendations at its discretion.
- The appearance of a vendor on our website or in our materials does not guarantee that the vendor will remain recommended or available.
- This disclaimer may be updated periodically to reflect changes in business practices, vendor relationships, or applicable legal requirements.
- The most recently published version will identify its revision date.
